Get to Know Beeler
About the owner
Dana Bloder
Owner
Beeler was born out of a love for pets, construction, and real estate. Growing up with dogs, I experienced their unwavering loyalty and developed a deep understanding of their needs and behavior firsthand. Later in life, I fell for a days-old kitten, and what was supposed to be a foster situation resulted in 17 years of joy and countless nicknames. While in New York, I worked for a high-end residential contractor, where my responsibilities included caring for the office cat. Renovating my own century-old house gave me valuable experience in home maintenance.
I returned to Denver and naturally gravitated towards property management. Soon after, I found myself caring for pets again. Referrals quickly spread in a city where dogs reportedly outnumber children, highlighting the demand for reliable, professional pet care. Recognizing this need, I founded Beeler - a perfect fusion of my lifelong love for pets and experience caring for homes.
Working with Beeler
1. Consultation
Every new contact starts with a free consultation as an important first step in establishing a rapport and connection. We’ll go over many detailed questions, review exercise, feeding, and medication routines, and get a real peek into the day in the life of your cats and dogs. This initiation will also allow us to get acquainted with your property. It’s an opportunity to try out codes & keys, discuss snow removal, plant and garden care, and any other maintenance requirements for your home.
2. Onboarding
Following the consultation, a service agreement, veterinary release form, and pet profiles are completed. An invitation to the client portal will be sent and owners can review and update their pet information, add a payment method, and see availability in the scheduling calendar.
3. Booking
We use Time to Pet to provide clients with a seamless booking experience. You can update pet profiles, add payment methods, and request or modify services. Alternatively, we're happy to input requests on your behalf when sent via email, text, or phone and will follow up with a confirmation. With either method, you can expect to hear from us the same day to confirm your request.
4. Service
Clients will receive consistent communication throughout the stay - whether their preference is a little or a lot! Want a text when we're on the way? Going somewhere remote and only have access to WhatsApp? We deliver peace of mind with updates, photos, and GPS tracking for drop-ins and walks.
Pet Care Philosophy
Blueberry
Fitzsimons
Pets’ unique personalities are shaped by genetics, early experiences, and ongoing life events. We provide compassionate care tailored to your pet's individual needs and respect your preferences as their owner. We believe in a fear-free approach to pet care, engaging with pets on their terms and only using positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. During walks, we prioritize sensory exploration and invite dogs to stop and smell along the way. We use equipment provided by the owner and for the safety and comfort of all pets, we recommend only using humane collars and harnesses, especially for dogs prone to pulling.
